Patricia, a Business Administration professional from Escazú, San José, Costa Rica, began her journey as an exchange student in Plymouth, MI, where she developed a love for snow and cold weather. This led her to Columbus, OH, in 1992, where she worked for an airline. Seeking a warmer climate, she moved to Macon, GA, where she spent eight years as a Spanish teacher in a high school IB program. Her search for warmth continued in Miami, FL, where she lived for 13 years and worked in Admissions and Human Resources. Two years ago, she returned to Costa Rica to care for her elderly parents and worked as a medical interpreter. Patricia enjoys playing golf, exercising, traveling, and socializing, but her true passion is helping others. Guided by the motto, “Those who do not live to serve, do not serve to live,” she always strives to make a difference wherever she goes.
