Sergio was born and raised in Miami, Florida and immigrated to Costa Rica in 1991 after graduating college to work for an international investment firm. Several months after relocating to Costa Rica, Sergio fell in love with the unparallel beauty of the country, and his new girlfriend (now wife) had decided to reside permanently in Costa Rica to pursue their passion: Real Estate.
Sergio has been working professionally in Costa Rica Real Estate since 2002 and holds an active Brokers license in the United States and Costa Rica, and is the current president of the Board of Ethics at the Costa Rica Real Estate Board and the #1 Top Producer for the San José Costa Rica region for multiple years.
