Sales and Rental Associate at Realty ONE Group Executive
Karl Schmack has extensive experience in marketing and sales. He worked for many years with a multinational company, traveling with his wife Ximena and their children. After returning to Costa Rica in 2005, he served as the Executive Director of the Centro Cultural for 11 years. He then ventured into independent work, and for several years now, he has been working in real estate alongside Ximena. His experience in marketing and sales has enabled him to advise real estate developers on the marketing strategy for their projects, from project conception to final sale.
